Curriculum Management Audit

The county that I work in—one of the largest urban districts in our nation—has just worked through a curriculum management audit designed to align the work that we’re doing and to focus attention on areas where our systems don’t efficiently impact student learning.

Anyone been through one of these audits before?  Have they benefitted your district?  Does your district align the work of all "divisions" on teaching and learning?

Looking forward to your thoughts…
